A lecturer and researcher at Harvard University, Guila Clara Kessous, PhD, is a coach and UNESCO ambassador. A trained actress from the Conservatoire de Paris, she addresses issues such as resilience, positive leadership, crisis communication, and managerial posture through theatrical techniques and role-playing exercises.
She also works with the general public through associations and civic initiatives to support individuals who have experienced trauma or are facing life challenges.
Following her work with suffering populations (survivors of genocide, human rights violations, victims of FGM, etc.), she also coaches public figures, executive committees, top leaders, and managers in crisis contexts both in France and abroad.
She notably collaborated with Malala Yousafzai on women’s rights and girls’ education through the “Wow Men!” program.
